Effective January 1, 2017, the North Dakota State Building Code will consist of the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC), International Mechanical Code (IMC), International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC), and the International Energy Conservation Code as published by the International Code Council (ICC).
